We have recently completed the construction of an overhead crane equipped with rotating trolley and magnetic lifting system, designed to facilitate the handling within the Customer’s production facility. Thanks to this configuration, operators can pick up, move and position loads quickly, easily, and with complete safety, eliminating the need for traditional anchoring devices and significantly reducing the risks associated with manual material handling.
The project began with an in-depth analysis of the Customer’s production process, followed by the mechanical and structural design of the crane and the integration of the magnetic lifting system, engineered according to the weight and geometry of the materials to be handled.
The system, entirely designed and manufactured in our facilities, fully complies with current safety regulations and includes all certifications required for industrial use.
