Our machines and systems equipped with the specific BONFANTI package related to the "Transition 4.0" are included in the list of capital goods whose operation is controlled by computerized systems or managed by appropriate sensors and drives. They thus meet the five mandatory technical characteristics indicated in the attachment A of the Law 11 December 2016, n. 232, as amended by the Laws 27 December 2017, n. 205 and 30 December 2018, n. 145. They meet at least two of the three additional technical characteristics indicated in Annex A of the Law 11 December 2016, no. 232, as amended by the Laws 27 December 2017, n. 205 and 30 December 2018, n. 145 and therefore, they are able to benefit from fiscal advantages provided by the Law 30 December 2020, n. 178.
