In the following months, BONFANTI engineers worked side by side with the JUPALCO technical team to carry out continuous fine-tuning and optimization of the equipment; this iterative process ensured progressive performance improvements, full alignment with production requirements, and the stabilization of all automated handling functions within the plant.
A key milestone of the project was the successful integration of BONFANTI systems with the Customer’s ERP infrastructure as this final step enabled seamless communication between production data, logistics flows, and plant management systems, creating a fully connected and data-driven industrial environment.
